What this is

This is an AI “digital twin” that answers questions about Filip's professional background, grounded in his CV. It exists for one purpose: recruitment Q&A — letting recruiters and founders learn about Filip by chat or voice.

What data is processed

• The messages you type — or, in a call, what you say — during the conversation.
• A transcript of the conversation, only if you choose to send it via the “Send this conversation to Filip” button. Nothing is sent automatically.

There are no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking pixels. Aside from the transcripts you send, the server keeps only minimal, pseudonymous operational logs (token counts and a hashed identifier — never your raw IP address) for security and cost control.

Service providers (processors)

To run, the bot relies on these providers, who process your conversation on Filip's behalf:

• Anthropic — generates the chat and voice answers (the Claude language model).
• ElevenLabs — powers the voice call (speech-to-text and text-to-speech).
• Resend — delivers the transcript email when you choose to send it.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

Legal basis

Processing your conversation to answer your questions rests on legitimate interest in recruitment communication. Sending a transcript happens only on your explicit action (consent), which you can simply choose not to give.

Retention

Transcripts you send are kept only for the duration of the relevant recruitment process and are deleted once it ends. Conversations are not otherwise stored on the server after they finish.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any transcript you sent, and you can object to its processing. Just contact filip.feix@gmail.com.
